This record counts how often AI answer engines name a brand in their answers to buyer questions. We read 21,133 answers that ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI surfaces gave to buyer questions between May 10, 2026 and October 10, 2026, stored by the Machine Relations Index, and counted the brands each one named. A brand is listed once it has been named in at least 10 answers on 7 separate days; 99 brands clear that floor.
